Thank you for shopping with AMP Pickleballs. We are committed to getting your order shipped as quickly and reliably as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
During busy periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping address.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other events outside of our control.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking after the package has been picked up.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. AMP Pickleballs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at info@ampickleball.us. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
AMP Pickleballs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or building management.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away at info@ampickleball.us so we can review the issue.
