AMP Pickleball Balls are built for everyday play and backed by our 1-Year Limited Durability Guarantee. It covers noticeable cracking during normal recreational use for one (1) year from the original purchase date. This is a limited warranty and applies only to the specific coverage described below.

Who's covered

  • The original retail purchaser only — this guarantee is non-transferable.
  • Customers who reside in the United States.
  • Purchases with valid proof: an order confirmation, store receipt, or other record showing the purchase date.
  • Balls bought directly from AMP, Walmart.com, Amazon, or an authorized AMP retail partner.

What's covered

  • AMP Pickleball Balls that develop noticeable cracks during normal recreational play.
  • Claims that include at least three (3) defective balls.
  • Claims with clear photos of the defective balls plus proof of purchase.
  • Photos showing the crack, the quantity of defective balls, and any product or packaging info we request.

What's not covered

  • Normal wear and tear — scuffing, fading, discoloration, dirt, surface marks, or cosmetic changes.
  • Balls that go out of round, lose bounce, or change in performance over time.
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, improper storage, alteration, negligence, or play on unsuitable surfaces.
  • Tournament, club, school, event, facility, bulk, or commercial use unless approved in writing by AMP.
  • Discounted, promotional, clearance, free, sample, or giveaway products.
Keep your proof of purchase. Every claim needs a valid receipt or order confirmation showing the purchase date, plus a minimum of three (3) defective balls. AMP may require the damaged balls be returned before a replacement is issued. This guarantee makes no promise that balls will hold their original bounce, shape, color, feel, or appearance for the full year — it covers noticeable cracking from normal play, not the honest wear of a hard season.

Flat $5 to process

Every approved claim carries a flat $5 processing fee. It covers shipping and handling on your replacement balls plus a prepaid AMP label to send the defective ones back to us. We collect it during the claim, and it stays a flat $5 whether you're warrantying one ball or a dozen. (Fee subject to change.)

Replacement policy

For approved claims, AMP replaces the eligible defective balls with the same or a comparable AMP product. If the same product isn't available, we may substitute a similar AMP product of equal or greater value. Replacement is AMP's sole obligation under this guarantee — it does not provide refunds, credits, or cash reimbursement. You may be responsible for shipping and handling on replacements (see the flat fee above), unless prohibited by law. AMP may limit claims to one approved claim per original purchase, reviews every claim, and makes the final call on eligibility — including denying repeated, excessive, incomplete, altered, or suspected fraudulent claims. Claims must be submitted within one (1) year of the original purchase date.

Additional terms

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state. It is void where prohibited or restricted by law. AMP reserves the right to update or modify this guarantee at any time; changes will not reduce coverage for eligible products purchased before the effective date of the update, unless required by law.
